Our group created a card game, “Planet Defenders”, as the medium for a range of artefacts to creatively approach SDG Goal 13 – Climate Action. The game, serving as our main artefact, includes a variety of artefacts: infographics, a YouTube Video Explainer, a TikTok Video demonstration, and a 3D island physical model.

In the game manual book, users can scan a QR code to see the YouTube Video Explainer, which contains a more detailed background on SDG and Climate Action, as well as a quick introduction to our card game. Apart from that, we have also created a Goal 13 infographic to delve into the details of Climate Action.

In the game, players navigate through the board to learn about our chosen SDG. Every time they scan a country’s infographic, they are asked to interact with the 3D physical island model. The 3D island model will be our future outlook. Planet Defenders is dedicated to educating the audience about current climate problems and national projects as solutions aligned with Goal 13 across three pillars: environmental, societal, and economic, in an engaging and interesting manner.

Overall, we aim to exhibit our chosen topic in an interactive and enjoyable way.
