Our group has four artefacts, all are related to SDG 15, protecting and restoring the ecosystem, and the Three-North Shelterbelt project is the main subject we focus on. The poster indicates the location of the Three-North Shelterbelt. It illustrates the importance of the Three North Protective Forests in controlling soil erosion and improving the ecological environment, which inspires the audiences to participate in SDG 15, preventing land degradation and protecting forests and biodiversity. The collage is made with nature materials, showing the transformation history of the Three-North Shelterbelt area with its multiple textures and strong visual impact. Then, the audio brings the audience on a fantastic journey through nature, highlighting the importance of protecting and restoring terrestrial ecosystems. In the video, people from 2124 and 2024 meet each other across time, showing the success of the future Three-North Shelterbelt project and the efforts of people in the past to prevent desertification and loss of biodiversity. Through these artefacts, the audiences could deeply understand the importance of protecting the earth’s biodiversity and take action to achieve the goals of SDG 15.
