Focused on advancing the Sustainable Development Goal of gender equality, we have envisioned a fictional foundation inspired by the principles of the Fawcett Society. This foundation, named the Gender Pay Gap Foundation, is dedicated to addressing gender pay disparities. Building upon the initiatives of the Fawcett Society, our foundation sets a bold mission to eliminate the gender pay gap within the UK and extend its efforts globally over the course of a fictional 100-year period.

Through a variety of mediums including art collages, podcasts, TikTok videos, and press releases, the Gender Pay Gap Foundation aims to raise awareness about the persistent issue of the gender pay gap. Each artifact serves the common purpose of shedding light on the existence of the gender pay gap and highlighting the progress made by the foundation throughout its century-long endeavor. The podcast serves as both a celebration and a reflection of the foundation’s work over this 100-year period.
